It combines Psycho-Physiological Stress Management techniques from Samurai and Aikido with Ketogenic Diet. Establishing process with small daily steps we create strong and viable results. Me and my clients – you and me. It’s called Ki-Kaizen – energy process.

Using the head to change thought patterns and using the heart to work with emotions and traumas. But Albert Einstein said: “We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them”…
Can we develop Mental Strength and Stress Resilience working via senses and physical body – instead of traditional work with thoughts and feelings? Instead of solving the stress related problems the same place were they originated? Can we work with thoughts and emotions through the senses in the lower belly – instead of the head and the heart?

4. Physical resilience
Physical exercise is for building up the muscle. That’s what we hear from the conventional physical trainers. But is it possible to rethink physical exercise, so it at the same time builds up the mental and immune strength and resilience?
The answer is YES! Physical exercise can be optimized to benefit all important parts of the mind-body coherence. The exercises can stabilize the bone structure, strengthen the body balance, improve mobility – to gain the mental strength. The same exercise can revamp the body’s joints and cartilage and restore the lymphatic flow – to gain immunity.

5. Immune resilience
Our body has two main general defense systems, also called responses.

My name is Misha Sakharoff, Engineering, M.Sc. with ardent interest in human physiology, martial arts, performance optimization and self-healing.
When I realized the possibility to do all the energy work from one point, I asked myself – is it possible to:
– Optimise performance and self-healing by connecting the old traditions with modern science and physiology in a clear and understandable way?
– Create self-healing synergy by combining modern physiological research on breathing and nutrition with martial arts tradition of Samurai and Aikido?
– Fight chronic diseases by gently bringing all body systems in strong natural balance – Physiological Equilibrium?
– Strengthen mental, physical and immune resilience from the same single healing point – One-Pointed-Attention or Hara?
Answering these questions inspired me to create my own method, integrating different techniques for strong healing synergy. My own “Sakharoff resilience and health recovery protocol” serves as basis for this course.
