This week is about bringing the breathing exercise to a next level. We call it breathing in motion or steps exercise.
This exercise draws a very strong synergetic effect from combination of structured movement, joint health, relaxation with very strong health benefits of breathing retraining.
It is important that you follow the correct order – there is an important detail that cannot be skipped!
