This week is a kick-off week for our Intensive Program. We are going to start our team work.

Week 1 – 10 hours (not more)
First meal meal of the day – 8 am (as earliest)
Last meal of the day – 6 pm (as latest)
Week 2 – 8 hours (not more)
First meal meal of the day – 10 am (as earliest)
Last meal of the day – 6 pm (as latest)
Week 3 – 6 hours (not more)
First meal meal of the day – 11 am (as earliest)
Last meal of the day – 5 pm (as latest)

Be aware that:
– These guidelines are just an indicative example of how you should plan your daily meals in order to match the amount of nutrients needed to support normal cell function and regeneration
