This week is a kick-off week for our Intensive Program. We are going to start our team work.

– this meal plan is just an indicative example of how you should plan your daily meals in order to match the amount of nutrients needed to support normal cell function and regeneration
– This meal plan shows only food sources of ESSENTIAL macro- and micro-nutrients, all other food sources are 100% avoided to ensure against all the possible auto-immune reactions, food sensitivities etc.

    1. PROTEIN
        • fatty meats
      • fatty fish – mackerel, herring, sardines – as small as possible (small concentration of heavy metals)
    2. FAT: SATURATED FAT + OMEGA-3 (polyunsaturated)
        • Bacon free range – fried 20 sec
        • Butter, Ghee
        • FAT FISH – Herring
        • EGGS – free range
      • ITALIAN LARDO – italian pork fat cured in herbs and sea salt
    3. BIO-AVAILABLE VITAMINS MINERALS – Inner meats – offal – Lamb liver, hearts, sweetbreads (thymus), lamb brains
        • lamb liver – 20 sec max on each side – 1 cm thick max – turmeric, black pepper 
    4. COLLAGEN BROTH
        • Beef bones – bone broth as often broth
        • Fish bones – broth heads and skeletons
