Are you eligible for this course?

We assume that you are in remission and that you have undergone treatment
in the form of surgery, radiation, therapy or chemo – or a combination of those.
The treatments can weaken your body, so there’s no doubt that you feel physically affected.

Getting the diagnosis must have come as a shock which is difficult to get over despite the successful treatment.
Perhaps it has left you depressed. Maybe you find it difficult to explain to
family, friends and employers that you get tired very easily.

As we said before we have no miracle cure for these conditions.
But if you are willing to take responsibility for yourself and let us work with you over 50 weeks,
we are convinced that we can help change your life sufficiently to
be able to live free of pain and fear, and make your body
as inhospitable to cancer as possible.

 

 

 

How do we know?

 

This course has been developed from 1:1 sessions with people diagnosed or under treatment for cancer.
I have success in helping my clients to build a strategy which reverses some of the root causes of cancer.

Many of my clients have gone on beyond simply reversing cancer and
moved to a state of better health than they had before.

We have to remember that the cancer does not come like a lightning bolt from heaven
but has developed or broken out as a result of many years of sub-optimal living.
So it should be clear that to stay in good health you cannot continue
with the lifestyle you had before you were diagnosed and treated.

 

 
 

 

How do we work?

I developed a so-called integrative approach to health.
This involves a combination of disciplines regarding optimisation of nourishment, breathing, mental resilience etc.
This has been combined into a course which takes 50 weeks to complete.

Why 50 weeks?
Because it is important to take small steps-small steps, where progress can be monitored.
You, the client, will be gently nudged on your way to optimal health,
in a state where you are sensitive to what your body is telling you and
with the mental strength not to be fearful of recurrence of the condition.

  • A smooth transition to healthy lifestyle that includes breathing optimisation, structured movement, mental resilience, stress management and immunity work

  • Paying special attention to sleep optimisation for eliminating toxins from your body by cleansing/detoxing, restoring, and protecting your body cells on a daily basis

Buteyko breathing optimization

Can we strengthen our Mental Strength and Stress Resilience via our physical body? Instead of solving the stress related problems the same place were they originated? Can we work with thoughts and emotions through the lower belly? Learn to create the strongest Body-Mind synergy by Hara-centering and active relaxation. We combine the ancient knowledge of Samurai with modern Aikido. We learn from the latest physiological stress research on optimization of breathing. About The Educator

My name is Misha Sakharoff. I’m Integrative Health Engineer with ardent interest in human physiology, martial arts, performance optimisation and self-healing.

My personal and professional quest is to provide answers to following questions. Is it possible to:

– Optimise performance and self-healing by connecting old traditions with modern science and physiology in a clear and understandable way?
– Create self-healing synergy by combining modern physiological research on breathing and nutrition with martial arts tradition of Samurai and Aikido?
– Fight chronic diseases by gently bringing all body systems in strong natural balance – Physiological Equilibrium?

Answering these questions inspired me to create my own method, integrating different techniques for strong healing synergy.
