Why SHIP?

SHIP is the abbreviation of the Sakharoff Health Integrative Protocol. A ship that can take us all aboard on our shared path to health. The SHIP program is available in two languages, Russian and English.


THE PROGRAM STRUCTURE

PROGRAM LEVELS:
Our program consists of four levels showed

Level 1 - "Survival" - 3 months, 6 modules of 2 weeks each
Level 2 - "Progress" - 3 months, 6 modules of 2 weeks each
Level 3 - "Integration" - 3 months, 6 modules of 2 weeks each
Level 4 - "Mastery" - 3 months, 6 modules of 2 weeks each

Module 1 - Breathing - 2 weeks
Module 2 - Nutrition - 2 weeks
Module 3 - Mental Resilience - 2 weeks
Module 4 - Immune Resilience - 2 weeks

Module 6 - Process - 2 weeks


I always dreamed of building a health program based on the theory of slow learning. Therefore, at each level from 1 to 4, we will go through the same topics, but each time at a deeper and deeper level.

EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL

You receive educational training material daily on the SHIP application, which works on all platforms Windows, Mac, including computers, tablets and iPhone, Android phones, etc.

The SHIP application contains the following sections:


- The Knowledge Base, which contains videos and is expanded every week with materials from our weekly Q&A sessions. The search system includes both keywords and a search in a 3-level category system. Russian version holds more than 1200 videos, the english version is catching up soon!


- Active meditations - evening, morning and in motion. My guided active meditations will give you an understanding of Progressive Active Relaxation and its connection with decreased lung minute ventilation. At the same time, everyday practice will improve your sleep and the ability of your cells to regenerate overnight. This understanding is necessary for the subsequent application of this practice throughout the day for any kind of movement and physical activity. These active meditations will help you over time to normalize the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic branches of the nervous system. This is an important part of our psycho-physiological mental training which I’m also introducing on our program. Without work with normalizing the tone of the nervous system, a complete reversal of the metabolic syndrome is impossible.


- Measurements. You can make evening and morning breath measurements by Buteyko method as well as glucose and ketones in the blood and urine. The application automatically builds both daily and week-average charts of your health trends. In the next version there will be the possibility of entering metabolic data on the lipid panel (cholesterol), as well as the main indicators of inflammation with graphs of trends in metabolic health recovery.


- School of Gentle Cooking. This is what I dreamed of in recent years! When I am in the kitchen, my main vision is to inspire you to prepare light meals that satisfy both psychologically and physiologically. I use only the nutrients that are needed for our human DNA and our genetic predisposition, which corresponds to our evolutionary path as the genus Homo Sapiens Sapiens.


My vision of The School of Gentle Cooking is to inspire you to cook so that all macro- and micronutrients from the food retain the high bioavailability and nutrition that is characteristic of animal products. The School of Gentle Cooking works as an independent section of our SHIP app.


New videos will be constantly added directly from the kitchen, inspiring you to quickly prepare dishes that satisfy your body’s psychological and physiological needs. And of course, besides the health benefits, my goal is to help you cook very tasty!


The School of Gentle Cooking implements my view of Essential Ketogenic Nutrition system (EKN). For therapeutic purposes, after many years of practicing ketogenic nutrition, I now exclusively use what I call Essential Ketogenic Nutrition. The therapeutic goals mean that this type of nutrition must be strictly adhered to, and compliance with the agreements must be almost absolute, otherwise it will be difficult to reverse serious health problems.


For those people who do not have serious health problems, I teach you how to work with different levels of ketogenic nutrition: Ketogenic nutrition with various levels of carbohydrates, Keto carnivore and Essential Ketogenic Nutrition (EKN).

THE WEEK ON THE PROGRAM

You get all the material in small steps every day except Saturday.

New material appears in your SHIP application every morning at 5:00 in the morning of your time zone.


Sunday - 40-60 min watch
You get the theme of the week in the form of a video package.
The video package on the theme of the week consists of three videos - Introduction (why), Physiology (what), Practice (how).


Each video is provided with detailed text transcription, as well as pictures. So you can choose individually the method of assimilation of new information that suits you better - audio, video or text.


Monday - 5 min read

You get the Experience from Eric Clark. Eric Clark, a 72-year-old Canadian from White Lake, Ontario, has reversed his CLL leukemia by working on the Sakharoff Protocol and is sharing his experience with you. His articles are tied to all the topics of our program and will help you more effectively apply the training material in your daily life, avoid mistakes in training and, ultimately, stay on track.


Tuesday - 1 hr session
You receive an invitation to the weekly Questions - Answers session on the CROWDCAST platform. You have the opportunity to ask me questions in our private group during the week. All questions asked during the week are entered by our administrators in the Questions - Answers session. For those questions that I already answered at previous sessions, you will be given the links with answers in the Knowledge Base session of our application. I answer all those questions that have not been asked at the moment.


If you do not have time to join us live at the weekly Questions - Answers session - all the recordings of our sessions are uploaded to the YouTube playlist - and you can listen to them the very next day.


Wednesday - 10 min listen
You get sound files with mental training. The basis of my psychophysiological mental training system lies in the books of samurai written several hundred years ago, as well as more modern internal military techniques, such as Ki-Aikido, Taiji, Yi-Li-Quan, as well as the System. Without an increase in mental resilience, a long-term sustainable change in metabolic health is impossible. This system was originally developed by me for stress management in working with aggressive 3rd and 4th stage brain tumors.


Thursday - 1 hr session
You receive an invitation to the weekly session of the SHIP Circle, which has become an integral part of our program on the ZOOM platform. The SHIP Circle gives us the opportunity to communicate more informally. We see each other, we discuss various important topics, get to know each other - and we laugh together :-) If you don’t have time to join us live, then all the recordings of our SHIP Circle Sessions are uploaded to the YouTube playlist - and you can listen to them already the next day.


Friday - 20 min quiz (uneven weeks) or 10 min watch (even weeks)
On uneven weeks, you get a quiz on the topics of the past module. All tests are made in the form of multiple choice. These are not time tests - the time taken to answer does not matter. All questions are designed to make you think - it is important for me that you consolidate the material you have learned! It is very important for me that you understand that it is necessary to return to the material covered from time to time. Repetition is truly the mother of learning! Each time you re-look through the material you have passed, you will definitely pay attention to something new that previously eluded your attention. This is normal. You just need to repeat the material. I hope that the test will push you to this.


On even weeks, you receive sound files with mental training or videos from the School of Tender Cuisine.


Saturday
We have a day off.

OUR STRATEGY


  • Sakharoff Integrative Health protocol is a NPMA - Non-Pharmacological Metabolic Approach. As such it does no harm in the medical sense, it does not use any medical substances and basically doesn’t require any special equipment. We don’t sell neither the substances or the equipment. We only provide education and training to optimize the body functions essential for health and resilience. We also provide daily assistance to our clients to ensure 100% compliance regarding their activity and measurement regimens.

  • Sakharoff Protocol promotes not either-or, but both-and. It means that the idea of integrative health has to be promoted. We connect the dots - not only nutrition, not only breathing, not only movement but all of that combined in one process.

  • Sakharoff Protocol is in many ways complementary to the work of doctors that are openminded. Our common understanding is that the source of chronic diseases is metabolic dysfunction triggered by wrong lifestyle, through expression of a person's unique DNA.

  • Sakharoff Protocol uses scientific research studies as the foundation for its core teachings and exercises.

  • Sakharoff Protocol looks at triggers and causes of the disease - not only the symptoms. The protocol promotes understanding of lifestyle disease as syndrome with metabolic disfunction - multi-factorial condition with a bouquet of symptoms. Eg. people with Alzheimer’s most often than not get both diabetes and cardiovascular disease and other symptoms of metabolic dysfunction.
