Dear Zoltan, first I’m really sorry for not answering you right away! There’s a lot of aspects that need to be addressed here.

1. There are several new game-changing scientific views on the mechanism of metastases right now. Eg. here are trials that show that lymph drainage actually helps metastatic breast cancer patients. Which is totally against conventional view on lymph drain promoting metastases. This is only one of very interesting facts.

2. Very good that you read Artour Rakhimov books! I think Artour is one of the crucial game-changers in the modern approaches to self-healing. He is also very open to new inspirations. Artour is my mentor and now we are cooperating on the field of medicine-free healing of cancer. I’m contributing with my experience from my cases to the new revision of his book “Doctors Who Cure Cancer”. The other part of our close collaboration is enhancement of the Buteyko practice with Ketogenic diet approach.

3. You have to look into Ketogenic diet, which can make a huge contribution to synergetic effect to effectiveness of your body’s energy acquisition from the environment.

4. The core of my practices is not max pauses but mastering of reduced breathing practice, that I show how to master and practice in many daily situations. This way extending range of exercise with little and medium air hunger to many hours a day. Here the deep understanding of technique is crucial! And that’s what I’m slowly nudging my clients with in our daily collaboration.

I was diagnosed with kidney cancer stage IV two years ago with metastasis to lung (innumerable nodules in all lung lobes). The right kidney was removed and the left one is healthy. Since then I was trying different alternative therapies (mainly healthy diet and Chinese herbs prescribed by a TCM practitioner) and thanks to them during these 2 years the cancer nodules present in lung are kind of stable and there are no new metastasis at all. Recently I read two books from Artour Rakhimov about breathing and now I want to try the Frolov breathing device, but I am not sure if it is save with such a condition (metastasis to lug). I would like to try also Buteyko breathing exercises, but I am afraid to do it without a trainer (according to Dr Rakhimov holding breath can cause metastatic). Can you please advise – would the Frolov device be save in my case? Thank you.
