I use 100% organic oregano oil from a local Danish supplier – he buys it from an organic producer in Turkey.

Hi Ed, my tonsils are also removed when I was 5. There is still a lot of other lymph nodes to promote strong immunity. We can support it by different means, oil pulling being one of them. But also use other antimicrobial like cloves, oregano, black pepper, turmeric etc. Remember that their effect is hormetic – so all of them are also hormetins – and have to be used in moderation.
