Constant lack of energy

Once I got through that adaptation phase, my sleep became much more stable, my energy became much more stable. And I just felt better, my body felt better.

I had a lot of symptoms. I had some kind of autoimmune problem. I had this like scaling like these little scales that would form on my scalp. It was getting pretty bad, actually. I had problems with sleeping. I got awake very, very tired. I even had to stop on the on the side of the roads in the mornings to get some nap after I slept.

For the past 10+ years I’ve helped 2.500+ health warriors just like you level up their health-work skills and start making real progress consistently on their most important health goals.

I’m not a doctor. I'm an engineer of both education, trade and mind. I understand health as an engineer. Engineers are used to look at the roots of problems and correct them - in order to make the symptoms disappear.

I left telecom engineering career in 2009 when chronic stress led to illness. To restore my health I started applying the multidisciplinary systems engineering approach, which led to creation of Sakharoff Health Integrative Protocol™️ (SHIP), based on the idea of the synergistic effect of normalising nutrition, breathing and other areas of human physiology.

For the past 10 years I've been researching the field of integrative health, publishing my research in medical journals, cooperating with many progressive medical doctors and scientists around the world. During these years I gained a profound experience of teaching and supporting thousands of clients in reversing various forms of chronic lifestyle diseases.

That's why on the Module 1 we start by working with sleep as the most important aspect of healing chronic fatigue. Because the main function of sleep in terms of energy is to hand over the good energy of the day into next day.

In the Module 2 we are looking at one of the main aspects of reversal of CFS, which is breathing normalisation by Buteyko Method. We talk about mechanisms of action in reversal of chronic disease, including CFS. This module is mainly devoted to breathing and mastering the theory and practice of the Buteyko method.

When working with reversing CFS, we want to achieve a strong synergistic effect by linking together the different areas of training - sleep, breathing, nutrition, movement, mental resilience. Knowledge alone is not enough. To restore the body's normal energy it is necessary to put this knowledge into practice on a daily basis. It is the practice that causes our cells to change over time - optimizing their function, adapting to a slowly improving cellular environment.

Module 4 is also about the connection between a positive life attitude, process stability - and neuroplasticity. It is our ability to help our nervous system cells change in the right way that determines the success of the healing process.

This module is when one door closes and, as often happens in life - another one opens! How to put into practice all that we have learned. A quantum leap to new energy.

Module 5 is the last module and the last day on the "Stop Chronic Fatigue" program.
